FPGA Fundamentals for Low Cost Design

Course Description
This 3-day comprehensive hands-on workshop is specially designed for engineers who wish to learn the basic concepts of FPGA for developing low cost products.  Beginning with the architecture of Xilinx FPGA, the first part of the workshop will provide the foundation required to implement a design successfully using the ISE software tools.  The second part of the workshop will focus on different design techniques that result in low-cost implementations.  You will learn how to accurately estimate design size to aid in predicting product costs and explore creative ways to use the FPGA memory resources to reduce design costs. Plus, you will configure your personal FPGA evaluation board using Xilinx in-system configuration software, which you may take with you after the workshop.
